In our Early Preschool class, children transition into an environment where they begin to concentrate on tasks and follow a more structured routine.
The curriculum focuses on reinforcing Letter and Number Recognition, Science Exploration, Social Studies, Spanish, American Sign Language, Music, Creative Arts, Computer Skills and Yoga. Every day, children are engaged in different learning centers and play time that allows them to work at their own pace and learn to complete simple tasks independently. Each child will continue to develop fine and gross motor skills, as well as appropriate social and emotional behaviors through activities and experiences they encounter. Children also begin to learn a sense of responsibility and how to successfully interact with others through sharing and playing together. This creates a fun and engaging environment for each child to feel a sense of belonging and importance, and also gets them excited about school!
